We are selective when it comes to the materials that are used to build your home.
We are careful to specify lumber that is solid, straight and sized correctly. We frame our roofs and walls at 16” on center and use thicker decking material to resist deflection.
Our floor trusses are analyzed to make certain that room is available for A/C duct work. We recommend using Iycene insulation as part of an integrated energy efficient design. Casey Homes uses windows made by top manufactures such as Anderson and Jeld Wen. Air conditioning units are 2 speed compressors or variable for maximum comfort and efficiency.
All of the cabinets installed by Casey Homes are custom made specifically for each project.
Budgets for plumbing and lighting fixtures are generous, and reflect the nature of the house being built.
Countertops, floor tile and backsplashes can be granite, marble or porcelain and can be installed in an eye-opening array of colors and patterns.
We use only Benjamin Moore paint, generally considered the best paint available on the market.
Vetted Craftsmen - The core of any building company is the quality of the people who actually do the work.
Casey Homes uses craftsmen and suppliers that have been with us for many years.
One thing in common with all of our people is a commitment to doing the job right and making sure to watch out for other trades work already in place. All of the craftsmen working on our projects have many years experience working in their trade and are proud of what they do.
That pride is evident in each home that we build.
Concentrated Management - The management team at Casey Homes is set up to assist our customers to realize their home and all that represents.
When people say “dream home”, we understand that our clients never view their home as simply as another commodity. It is the place where they raise their family and find peace from the rest of the world. In most cases it is an “all in” investment.
We commit ourselves to be able to deliver that ideal of a home to our clients.
Our team starts at the beginning, the design phase. We coordinate with the architect and engineers to help with the layout of the home on the lot to maximum advantage. Views, drainage and required systems are all taken into account to make sure that the homeowners interests are looked after.
During construction, Casey management works with our crews, suppliers and homeowner to see to it that the details of the building are executed professionally.
Customer selections, from paint to appliance selection is also coordinated by our management team. From generous budgets to knowing how it maximize each dollar to achieve our customers goals for their home, our team is their each step of the way.
Casey management also coordinates all inspections, architect and engineering reviews, governmental and home owner association requirements.
